摘要:
Laser-plasma interaction bears the promises of outstanding societal applications, thereby justifying the great efforts towards particle acceleration and radiation generation over the past ten years. Within this period, tremendous progress has been made for improving the quality of intense laser beams and their reliability, so that very powerful commercial systems are nowadays available for scientific exploitation.
In the wake of this trend, SourceLAB is dedicated to providing quicker access to essential tools for research in laser-plasma interaction at ultra-high intensities as well as in energetic radiation and particle sources. Spin-off of the Laboratoire d’Optique Appliquée (LOA) in Paris, SourceLAB has developed a top-level expertise in ultra-high intensity laser design and laser-plasma interaction experiments.
Our know-how spans from temporal contrast enhancement techniques to underdense and overdense interaction regimes using both gas and solid targets with unique characteristics. We provide quick and sound solutions of targetry systems, assist researchers and technicians in the control of plasma and interaction conditions and work on tailor-made solutions for our customers.
After a general introduction on SourceLAB recent activity, the first part of this talk will focus on our current state-of-the-art products while the second part will present our developments towards more and more integrated solutions and services for the design of laser-plasma experiments and the characterization of the generated secondary sources.
